Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process supervision in sand plant, molding line, melt shop, shot blasting & heat treatment.
∎ Failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA).
∎ Innovative design implementation for quality & performance.
∎ Co-ordination in Export cast products production support.
∎ Raw material and machine sourcing for MCP Process.
∎ Finding abnormalities in production process.
∎ Metal pattern manufacturing, dimension crosschecking, modifying and repairing work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Solid works, AutoCAD and other design software.
∎ Familiar with the basic rules of Automatic Green Sand Molding Foundry.
∎ Proficiency in basic metallurgy.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office and computer operations.
∎ Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
