Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP certificate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Paper, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical working experience in commissioning & erection of a plant.
∎ Accomplish preventive/predictive maintenance Plan/Schedule of Mechanical equipment in the plant
∎ Prepare MIS related data to achieve targets for Mechanical maintenance periodically
∎ Resolve and escalate issues pertaining to maintenance of equipment's as and when required
∎ Provide support for technical development and up-gradation of process as and when required.
∎ Implement the SOPs and work instructions and provide feedback to the superior
∎ Achieve Mechanical Breakdown target
∎ Maintenance EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) functional activities in ERP
∎ Ensure maintenance of relevant software, programs and data for PLC Drives, HMI, OWS, FDA etc.
∎ Ensure Availability / Monitoring of all the Mechanical Spare and cost within the department budget.
∎ Monitor and aware Mechanical safety of self and others in the work place
∎ Accomplish Auto CAD drafting as per requirement.
∎ Monitor and Ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at Workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 3 years in a manufacturing industry and 2 years in a supervisory role.
∎ Hard working & Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
