Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation of Cement mill Packing Section
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Vertical Roller Mill (VRM), Ball Mill, Roto packer
∎ Maintenance and supervise of Mechanical equipment and instruments such as Ball Mill, Bag Filter, Conveyer, Bucket Elevator, Vortex, Separator, Cyclone Collector etc.
∎ Erection & Fabrication accessories (Such as hopper, chute, Inner cone, screw conveyor, Structure, Vibrating screen, Belt Conveyer, Truck Loader, Bucket Elevator, Screw Conveyor, Deducting Line and air receiver tank and compressed air line.
∎ Maintenance and Operation of E-Crane, Compressor, Have & broker Roto packer etc
∎ Maintenance and Inspection of Fan, Pneumatic Cylinder and Pneumatic Gate, Solenoid Valve, Bucket Elevators, Belt Conveyers, Screw Conveyers, Air Compressors, Motorized Flow Control Gates, High Pressure oil Pump and Hydraulic Cabinet.
∎ Load Calculation of Different Mechanical Equipment.
∎ All preventive maintenance check, report and record any abnormalities, taking immediate action when necessary
