Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts analytical studies and numerical simulations in order to predict the thermal performance of a variety of heat exchanger, Evaporator, and condensing unit.
∎ Validates simulation results by experimentation in a thermodynamics lab, where hands-on experience to design and conduct the empirical research is necessary.
∎ Synthesizes results from simulations and experimentation in order to provide design guidance to the Mechanical Design team.
∎ Modifies existing, and establishes new design, test, simulation, and analysis specifications.
∎ Contributes to inventions, new product designs and new testing, analysis, and design techniques.
∎ Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented engineering problems, determining development objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guides for development activities.
∎ Development activities include, but are not limited to: concept/innovation, design, creating technical specifications, reporting results in tables/curves, patenting, data acquisition and analysis, component selection, compliant for necessary testing and procedures (standards, performance, etc.).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Demonstrated understanding of the refrigeration cycle both of AC & Refrigerator.
∎ Vast knowledge about Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Fluid Mechanics and Heat transfer.
∎ Sound knowledge in simulation.
∎ Expert in cooling load related calculation.
∎ Basic Knowledge about Solidworks 2D and 3D Design.
