Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop & implement QC strategy & plan to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are aligned with R&D specifications.
∎ To prepare standard test procedure/standard operation procedure/operational key point whenever needed.
∎ To maintain and ensure all QC instruments/apparatus calibration/validation on regular basis.
∎ To analyze customer complains/feedback to take improvement steps in process/production line.
∎ To develop & execute inline-process QC & outgoing QC according to procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ The applicants must have basic knowledge on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
∎ The applicants must have experienced to analyze defects, nonconforming of process & products by statistical representation.
∎ Should have knowledge about DMAIC model & AQL based Inspection
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
