Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and supervising operational issues in the hospital.
∎ Managing the duty roster and allocating the staff depending on the workload.
∎ Finding out the problem areas and discussing them with the Nursing Staffs.
∎ Monitoring the resource (linen, consumables, medicine, etc) allocation among different units.
∎ On rounds to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services.
∎ Maintains good public relations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
