Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering / Materials Science and Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after material related process in compressor plant.
∎ To select materials for compressor parts.
∎ To work with the stator, rotor all types of springs and aluminum die casting of compressor in connection with heat treatment.
∎ To input material characterization.
∎ To test the tensile strength, macro & micro hardness, optical emission spectroscopy, corrosion etc.
∎ Metallography of ferrous and non-ferrous materials of compressor.
∎ Developing, modifying, testing and evaluating materials.
∎ To analysis the materials properties and failure of compressor parts.
∎ Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results in order to determine causes of problems and develop solutions.
∎ Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials.
∎ Process development for metal waste (ferrous and non ferrous both) treatment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a clear understanding of engineering drawings.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in material modeling & simulation software (COMSOL/ ANSYS etc.) & Casting simulation software (Solid Cast/ Flow 3D cast etc.) will be preferred.
∎ Good communication skill & pleasant personality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Higher level of interpersonal skill, self motivated, proactive & a very good team player.
Salary: Negotiable
