Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare concrete mix design for different type of structures.
∎ Perform the material test including RMC and different types of building materials as per standards.
∎ Have to be practical experienced to run Auto Standard Compression machine, Los Angeles abrasion Machine, Sieve Shaker Machine and other relevant machines.
∎ Ensure compliance with Consultants specifications and requirements.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance for all the equipments and machines when it is required.
∎ Select the best combination of materials for specific purposes.
∎ Supervise the work of materials engineering technicians and other staff
∎ Analyze data using computer modeling software.
∎ Provide technical advice about the suitability of materials
∎ Problem solving and diagnosing faults
∎ Must have capability to work independently and conduct the lab team.
∎ Must be responsible completely for material testing lab.
∎ Take initiative for calibration from BRTC, BUET when and as required.

∎ Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
