Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop different shades of Masterbatch as per customer demand.
∎ Recipe development for manufacturing cost-effective and quality product.
∎ Assist production department for manufacturing quality product.
∎ Communicate with sourcing and QC department to source cost-effective raw-materials.
∎ Any work assigned by higher authority.
