Responsibilities & Context:

Educational Qualifications

* BBA in Marketing, or

* Diploma in Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.

Experience

* 1–2 years of practical experience in sales and marketing or a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell company products and services, including diesel generators, solar power systems, electrical solutions, elevators and escalators.

* Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Conduct customer visits, communicate with prospective clients, prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.

* Support sales activities and contribute to achieving business development targets.

* Manage and support digital marketing activities, particularly Facebook page promotion, product posts and online customer engagement.

* Assist in preparing promotional content for products, services and marketing campaigns.

* Respond to customer inquiries received through phone calls, Facebook and other communication channels.

* Conduct market research to identify prospective customers, project opportunities and competitors.

* Coordinate with the technical and service teams to address customer requirements.

* Maintain records of customer communications, sales activities and follow-up progress.

Required Skills

* Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of Facebook marketing and social media promotion.

* Customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach to sales.

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
