Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, including garment factories and buying houses.

• Generate new business leads and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Arrange customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups to secure new orders.

• Communicate with customers regarding product requirements, quotations, and business opportunities.

• Negotiate with prospective customers and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Explore new markets and identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

• Monitor competitor activities and maintain regular sales reports for management.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is acceptable.

• A B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 0–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing are welcome.

• Experience in garment accessories, textiles, garments, or buying-house operations will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to approach new customers and develop business relationships.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email communication.

• Willingness to visit garment factories and buying houses as required.

Salary and Compensation

BDT 15,000–30,000+ per month, depending on experience and performance.
