Job Context

G-Taj Tours & Travels is looking for a smart, confident, enthusiastic, and career-oriented female Marketing Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our company's services, communicating with potential clients, generating business leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Our services include visa processing, work permit services, overseas employment opportunities, travel packages, and related travel documentation services.

We welcome candidates who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in marketing, customer service, and business development.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote the company's services to potential customers through direct marketing, phone calls, social media, and other marketing channels.

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

• Communicate professionally with customers and provide accurate information about the company's services.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding visa services, work permits, overseas employment opportunities, and travel packages.

• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and build long-term customer relationships.

• Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, promotional content, and social media posts.

• Support the company's Facebook page and other digital marketing activities.

• Maintain customer information, lead records, and daily marketing reports.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper customer service and follow-up.

• Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC; candidates with a Bachelor's degree will be preferred.

• Educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Candidates with strong marketing skills and experiance are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or the travel industry will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements
