Job Context:
∎ DECH provides premium eye care services with super speciality services in Cataract and Phaco Surgery, Glaucoma, Vitreo-Retina, Cornea and External Disease, LASIK and refractive Surgery, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Orbit and Oculoplasty, Neuro-ophthalmology, Contact Lens, Ocular Trauma, Dry Eye, etc. to the people of Bangladesh.
∎ This is a full-time position at the Dhaka Eye Care Hospital, Uttar, Dhaka.
∎ This is an outdoor, face-to-face and direct marketing activity. The person has to visit doctors, optical shops, corporate offices, and business associations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to prepare a plan for the business development
∎ Has to visit doctors, hospitals, clinics to refer the patients to the hospital
∎ Has to visit different groups, communities, associations, etc., to sign a corporate agreement
∎ Has to organize eye camp, school screening program, industry camp etc, and outreach program.
∎ Has to conduct campaigns on different awareness-building issues in eye care.
∎ Any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
