Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent
∎ Contacting potential partners over the phone, by email and in-person
∎ Communicating continuously for establishing b2b collaborations
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with the potential clients and partners
∎ Collecting and analyzing data to prepare report
∎ Identifying potential clients Any other job assigned by supervisor/management related to the designation
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting
∎ Analytics skill and working ability for team development
∎ Expert in data entry Work on a variety of call assignments as required by the Manager
∎ Answering client and technician inquiries
∎ Good Documentation
