Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate should have adequate knowledge about mechanical and electrical equipment's.
∎ Marketing, operation, application, installation of mechanical & Electrical products.
∎ Ability to visit power plant/industry to meet our customer and install machine or devices.
∎ Manage the business and achieve target and goal set for his given industry or power plant.
∎ Should be self-motivated, independent, organized and have a warm personality.
∎ Ability to handle critical customers and understanding customers' requirements.
∎ Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
∎ Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.
∎ Communicate with others dept., mail checking & replying.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate should have adequate knowledge about sales and marketing and work for achieving the plan.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Auto CAD) is a must.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation and team management skills.
