∎ Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze the competitive landscape, identifying key players, their product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing activities, and market positioning. Provide regular updates and reports on competitor activities and market trends.
∎ Customer Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and purchasing patterns to identify potential market opportunities and improve product positioning. Develop customer profiles and segmentations to enhance marketing strategies.
