Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial Management / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering & Production, or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering field, required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for evaluating the production and manufacturing processes and identifying areas of improvement to enhance the quality of products and maximize the staff's productivity.
∎ Design new SOP and maintain the SOP of production processes to minimize production costs and maintain quality standards.
∎ Identify production performance degradation and provide improvements to the production process for performance improvement.
∎ Prepare production performance reports and provide feedback to make improvements in production process and overall production performance.
∎ Collaborate with other factory managers and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams.
∎ Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes.
∎ Develop and implement recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in process, cost, quality, and production.
∎ Provide guidance and oversight in development and execution of plant renovations and expansions, and coordinates outside contractors and vendors.
∎ Handle the resolution for process failures and coordinate with the process engineers for immediate solutions to avoid its reoccurrence.
∎ Ensure that lean initiatives are continually identified and implemented through Kaizen events.
∎ Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or other appropriate leadership with programs, activities, and responsibilities of the maintenance department.
∎ Prepare and implements the departmental budget.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, and Manufacturing (FMCG).
∎ At least 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
∎ A strong mechanical background.
∎ Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Strong computer skills.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
