Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Candidates having FCA/ FCMA/ MBA will get preference.
∎ No Third Division/ Class at any stage of academic career shall be acceptable. Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least CGPA 4.0 on a scale of 5.0 and a CGPA 2.75 on a scale of 4.0. candidates passed in the conventional system (Class/ Division) must possess at least 2nd class/ Division.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Candidate shall have at least 25 years of experience in large public organization. Large private sector company working in multidisciplinary environment, including 5 years of experience in the capacity not below the rank of Chief Engineer or its equivalent.
∎ Maximum age limit will be 60 years. Age would be calculated on 28/1/2020.
∎ The board of directors reserves the right to relax the limit in case of extraordinary candidates.

Salary: Tk. 175000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The post carries a basic salary of Taka 1,75,000 only per month plus house rent allowance @ 50% of the basic pay, 2 festivl bonus, Boishakhi allowance (20 % of basic) every year, gratuity, contributory provident fund, group insurance, encashment of leave, reimbursement of medical expenses.
∎ Other fringe benefits will be admissible as per provisions of the company. She/he will also be entitled to
∎ A full-time transport with fuel & driver. However, income tax payable shall be borne by the incumbent.
