Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate is expected to have excellent academic track record with Master's degree and having two first classes/divisions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation who will be recruited and work under the supervision and direction of the Board of the Foundation.
∎ The appointment will be made on a contract basis. The initial contract will be for 03 years. Upon evaluation of the performance after six months the contract for rest of the period will be confirmed. The Board of Directors may extend the contract upto 65 years of age.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidates are required to have at least 20 years of job experience.
∎ Age: The age range from 50-60 years as on 24 October 2019.
∎ SMEF Board of Directors may relax the educational qualification, experience and age for the candidate with practical experience on industry development and/or SME development.

Salary:
∎ The monthly gross salary will be Tk. 2.50 lac and other benefit as per SME Foundation norms.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The Foundation also provides a full time transport with a driver.
