∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Prior experience as the professional administrator in the foreign company;
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic, business plans and sales in Real Estate Sector;
∎ Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1 Level;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for operation and decision making for the company;
∎ Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals;
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future;
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
