Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Masters degree.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate business strategies/road maps to implement business plans for boosting profitability and smooth operations.
∎ To support the business unit to attain target oriented goals and performances.
∎ To ensure compliance issues as prescribed by the BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, etc.
∎ Preparing various reports for the board of director and ensuring proper administration, corporate governance in Takaful Islami Securities Limited
∎ Developing plans and providing visionary guidelines for short and long term actions for strategic and operational activities to meet the corporate objectives.
∎ Lead and manage business of the company targeting long term financial stability.
∎ Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and identify new services and business opportunities;
∎ Developing excellent working relations with the stakeholders and regularity bodies
∎ Monitor customer needs, feedback and satisfaction levels.
