∎ Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Company (IIFC) is a 100% government owned consulting company under Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. IIFC was incorporated in 1999 as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Act 1994. IIFC provides Technical Assistance Services (TAS) in various fields including public and private procurement, PPP transaction, research, survey, financial, economic analysis, impact assessment, training and capacity building, policy and advocacy. IIFC also works internationally.
∎ IIFC is looking for its Managing Director (MD). The MD is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and reports to the Board of Directors. The MD will lead the team of executives of the Company and will be responsible for the overall and day-to-day management for the fulfillment of the objectives of the Company.

∎ Terms & Conditions and Remuneration: The appointment will be made on contract basis for an initial period not exceeding 2 years, subject to annual performance evaluation by the IIFC Board. The contract is extendable based on the satisfactory performance: An attractive remuneration and benefits will be offered to the suitable, qualified and experienced individual to be recruited for the position which is negotiable.
