Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the Holy Sylhet Holdings Limited Company within the guidelines established by the Board.
∎ Report to the Board of Directors.
∎ Recommend the strategic plan to the Board and implement the corresponding operational and capital plans.
∎ Direct and monitor the activities of the company in a manner that ensures that the strategic, operational and capital plans are met and that the assets of the Company are safeguarded and optimized in the best interests of the directors and shareholders.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies to guide the Company within the limits prescribed by the Company's articles and the framework of the strategic directions adopted by the Board.
∎ Develop and recommend to the Board the overall corporate/organizational structure and the appointment of Executive Management.
∎ Develop and maintain an annual Board plan for the development and succession of senior management.
∎ Manage and oversee the required interfaces between the Company and the hospital including other holdings of the Holy Sylhet Holdings Limited.
