Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee overall business operations, including production, compliance, human resources, supply chain, and finance.
∎ Provide strategic leadership to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies such as BIDA, BEPZA, Customs, and other relevant local authorities to ensure full compliance.
∎ Ensure the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.
∎ Represent the organization in external forums, meetings, and communications with foreign investors and stakeholders.
