∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion, Management, Production/ Operation Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Mineral Water

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Running the total operation of the company that involves production, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of their products.
∎ Assigning, directing and ensuring healthy sales target by leading a group for achieving and meeting sales target.
∎ Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.
∎ Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
∎ Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
∎ Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
∎ Coordinate operation of the entire factory that involves day to day sales, prepare production accordingly and ensure proper distribution of products.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Manage systems and compliance of distributors and retailers.
∎ Corporate marketing, Brand Development, promotion and search potential customers.
∎ Keeping the management updated about daily sales volume & sales progress.
∎ Maintaining liaison and correspondence with local authorities and government officials of BSTI, NBR, BRTA etc

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-motivated, able to work in a team environment.
∎ Must be capable of handling pressure.
