∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Create an organizational culture that inspires every team member to be totally service oriented.

∎ · Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare management.
∎ · Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital, including managing staffing, facilities, equipment, and supplies, to provide efficient and effective healthcare services.
∎ · Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all departments.
∎ · Oversee the hospital's budget, financial performance, and revenue cycle management, ensuring financial stability and optimal resource allocation.
∎ · Establish and enforce standards and protocols to maintain high-quality patient care, monitor clinical outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ · Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards to maintain a safe and compliant healthcare environment.
∎ · Effectively handle emergency situations, such as natural disasters or public health crises, ensuring the hospital's preparedness and response plans are in place.
∎ · Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce, providing leadership, guidance, and support to all hospital staff by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
∎ · Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and other key stakeholders to foster positive relationships, promote teamwork, and achieve patient-centered care goals.
∎ · Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare technology and promote the use of innovative solutions to enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
∎ · Act as a representative of the hospital in the community, building positive relationships with community organizations, and promoting health education and awareness.
