Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any recognized university without having 3rd class/division in any examination. Professional Qualifications (FCA/FCMA/CFA/ACCA) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively pursue business development opportunities and originate new client engagements for the company within selected industry sector(s).
∎ Ability of source clients and relationships for equity and debt raising.
∎ Develop prospect and referral networks and support firm efforts in developing and executing business development and marketing strategies.
∎ Maintain deep knowledge and expertise across industry sector(s).
∎ Lead teams on a variety of transactions from initial opportunity development and client pitch, to transaction execution and closing.
∎ Manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships, transactions, and investment banking teams and serve as primary client contact on engagements.
∎ Provide leadership, professional development and mentoring for junior staff.
∎ Maintain close liaison with regulators and stakeholders of the industry.
∎ An appetite to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to think creatively and act collaboratively, playing a key role in driving the company's long-term success.
∎ Prompt sourcing of manpower to fill vacant positions in the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ A minimum of 15 years' working experiences in the relevant fields of which at least 5 years must be in an Investment Management Industry at a senior management level.
∎ Must be a citizen of Bangladesh;
∎ Team leader, strong communication and written skills both in English and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills including the ability to operate presentation and spreadsheet;
∎ Deep knowledge, expertise, and transaction history within selected industry sector(s).
