Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all Administrative issues of the factory as per labor law benchmark and preset standard.
∎ Maintain and implement standard for all housekeeping and dining facilities related issues of the factory.
∎ Ensure the overall security of the establishment; such as proper deployment of the security posts, training of the security personnel’s.
∎ Coordinate with government bodies like- BEPZA for foreign employees work permit renewal or cancellation.
∎ Maintain accommodation facilities for foreign employees and high official guests in BEPZA guest house and local resorts.
∎ Arrange hotels for guests, buyers, auditors and trainers.
∎ Production floor monitoring for better housekeeping.
∎ Ensure entertain the Factory guest, buyer and auditor.
∎ Maintain transport and ensure all logistics support as and when required.
∎ Responsible to maintain discipline amongst the employees.
∎ Resolve complex or out-of-policy operation problems.
∎ Responsible for crisis management/ emergency situations.
∎ Responsible for making & renewing various agreements like Wastage, Hospital, Vehicle, Security Service, Cleaning Service, etc.
∎ Responsible for factory beautification.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
