Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and interpret market data like CS,SA, RS, BRS records & Maps.
∎ Identify and assess potential risks associated with land acquisition projects like deeds about land purchase & sales and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, government officials, consultants, and other industry professionals.
∎ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition and development as well as steps land surveys, mutations and land survey tribunal.
∎ Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate developments to make informed decisions.
∎ Have to expertise in to detect plots in any maps & locations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in ASO, Sub ASO, etc.
∎ Outstanding Leadership skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
