Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of Diesel, Gas, Waste Heat Boiler, and Solar power generation systems.
∎ Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
∎ Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.
∎ Optimize power generation processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies to reduce operational costs.
∎ Conduct regular energy audits and recommend improvements to enhance overall power generation efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in power generation operations.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols for power generation equipment and personnel.
∎ Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and certifications.
∎ Contribute to the factory's sustainability goals by promoting the use of renewable energy sources and green technologies.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to power generation and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the factory's energy efficiency.
