Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.
∎ Minimum Diploma in Food, Food Engineering, Food Processing or related discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to production, processing & manufacturing of food items on an industrial scale.
∎ Conduct production planning and budgeting in coordination with Management.
∎ Supervise all day-to-day operations related to Food production.
∎ Maintain proper "target ratio" and ensure quality production.
∎ Maintain optimum stock of all raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials etc.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, and materials.
∎ Prepare and submit necessary reports to Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Food - Manufacturing, Processing or Engineering industry with one of the market leading companies (Pran, Akij, Square or similar).
∎ Must have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
