Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Delivery Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial production, Maintenance, Store Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for plant production, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
∎ Responsible for making effective monthly production plan/advance plan in consultation and coordination with Factory In-Charge, marketing, sales and others relevant team.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials based on capacity to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Analyze and develop plans for improving work-flow, space and labor utilization and design equipment layout.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly, daily & periodical production record as set.
∎ Reduce the manufacturing cost for the factory and serve as a powerful guarantee on the equipment.
∎ Supervising all Maintenance work and carrying out all departmental jobs.
∎ Ensuring smoothly running of Generator and all other Machines and supply of Electricity, Gas (Power) and water etc.
∎ Maintenance of machine and electronics equipments etc.
∎ Preparing schedule of preventive maintenance.
∎ Supporting all breakdown maintenance quickly to ensure smooth production.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any kind of job especially like Electrical job.
∎ Coordinate and negotiate engineering issues/spare parts across head office and various departments/ consultants
∎ Maintain rapport with vendors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for ensuring the delivery of the plant requirements on time.
∎ Preparing material requisition list.
∎ Report to and Co-operate with GM in all matters including Engineering, Maintenance, Administration, Delivery, Store etc.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
