∎ Masters in any discipline / MBA from any reputed University.
∎ Education can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
∎ Priority requirement: Certification of Shipping Management/ Shipping related courses/certificates will be added an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do Vessel Operations and complete all port formalities with port different offices for vsl berthing/operations followed by the CPA regulations.
∎ All port related job at and when require
∎ Co-ordinate with private depots cargo and containers operations
∎ Liaison with the all berths/terminal operators for vessels and cargo ops.
∎ Approving OOG cargoes for CGP discharge in the CITRIX system
∎ Keep liaison with our slot partners for maintain their BSA
∎ Keep liaison with all box operators at when require for their forced loading issue.
∎ Monitoring our inter departmental work for vessel operational needs.
∎ Attend CPA daily berth meeting and update internally after meeting.
∎ Issuing import delivery order at when requires.
∎ Preparing vessels port operation data after each sailing and provide to our documentation department for data entry in the GSL corporate system.
∎ Report to management and principal part
∎ In case of failure/ damages , take responsibilities to settle and explain to the principal office, partner offices and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum of 10-15 Years in reputed Shipping organization with experience of vessel handling and port operations field.
∎ Applicant should have tech-savvy.
∎ Fluency in English speaking and writing
