Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Automobile, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive vehicle maintenance slips & physically verify the work.
∎ Inspect the vehicle & verify jobs details on ground.
∎ Deployment of mechanics as per job natures.
∎ Creating requirement of spare parts by SAP/Manual as needed.
∎ Capability the QC after receiving the spare parts.
∎ Communicate with group leader (Operation) to hand over the vehicle.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Carried out visual inspection vehicle reported in workshop.
∎ Ensure that genuine parts are issued and fitted properly.
∎ Preventive maintenance of vehicle as per schedule service.
∎ Field repair, Base repair and major overhauling of vehicle.
∎ Recoveries of vehicle as it bog down on route.
∎ Distribution of manpower as per vehicle.
∎ Local administration of workshop personals.
∎ Managing, monitoring and developing a team of mechanics & Engineer
∎ Maintain all documentation of workshop.
∎ Maintenance and accountability of workshop properties.
∎ Local security of workshop periphery.
∎ Keeping constant liaison with road transport operation.
∎ Monitoring the availability of stock in the store.
∎ Preparing Schedule maintenance plan & submit department head.
∎ Yearly budget making & analysis.
