Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Automobile
∎ Skills Required: Good Liaison Communication Skill with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, Negotiation Skills, Risk Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Transport Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage transport operations including vehicle allocation management, everyday troubleshoot and operational support.
∎ Regularly communicate with the drivers and the forklift operators and provide them guidelines as appropriate.
∎ Make rout plan every day according to the requirement.
∎ Response in situational hazards such as police case and accidental issues.
∎ Update all the records related to the vehicles.
∎ Preserve all the important documents in order with proper filing system so that information can be provided timely.
∎ Attend each grievance carefully and investigate properly & if required initiate disciplinary procedures as per law and company policies.
∎ Monitor logbook, vehicles documents every day and check fuel bills and other bills submitted by the drivers & vendors.
∎ Communicate with automobile section for repairing issues.
∎ Initiate monthly report and submit it to the reporting supervisor.
∎ Any other assignments directed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must well acquainted with computer MS Office & related software uses.
∎ Candidates must be physically fit and should have positive mental attitude.
∎ Planning and supervising the shipments from production to the end-user.
∎ Scheduling daily, weekly and monthly routes.

Salary: Negotiable
