Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed pharmaceutical company is looking for a self-motivated, pro-active, innovative and result-oriented Manager, Training at their Head Office for the following position.
∎ Interested & qualified individuals are highly encouraged to avail this opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises the overall activities related to corporate training (Head office, Plant, Distribution & Sales)
∎ Conduct TNA by analyzing performance gap, Organizational analysis and Job analysis
∎ Prepare Annual training calendar, budget and ensure the implementation of it
∎ Establish a training and development strategy that meets the needs of the organization's strategic plan and longer-term goals
∎ Develop and maintain training related necessary documentation and reporting
∎ Preparing and developing instructional training material and aids such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models, and supporting
∎ training reference documentation
∎ Monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, reviewing and modifying training objectives,
∎ methods and course deliverables
∎ Advising management on the development and placement of staff and providing career counselling for employees
∎ Develop & conduct management skill development training according to organizational need
∎ Researching new technologies and methodologies in employee learning and train the other junior trainers
∎ Ensuring the training quality of the trainees through coaching, mentoring & supervising the training officers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills & ability to manage external stakeholders.
∎ Minimum 12 years of job experience in the mentioned area of which 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical organization is preferable.
∎ Proven work experience as a training manager
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, field simulations. etc.)
∎ Self-starter & proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
∎ Strong writing and the record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals
