∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation, e-GP tender submission, preparing and arranging documents for Tender proposal submission, and participating in OTM, OSTEM, LTM.
∎ Observing tender notice & procurement plan of both in the Public & Private sectors.
∎ Keeping track of ongoing tenders.
∎ Preparing checklist & technical documents.
∎ Clarify bid conditions and manage the tender preparation
∎ Cost estimating and price calculations.
∎ Issuing Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, and the Performance guarantee for ensuring rules of the scope of supply specified in the contract with the client.
∎ Collecting previous winning bidder information.
∎ Monitoring ongoing project and Visiting Construction site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started with a positive attitude.
∎ The applicant must have enough knowledge of TDMS.
∎ The applicant must have computer literacy including AutoCAD.
∎ The applicant shall be skilled in professional email writing.
∎ The applicant must have English proficiency.
