Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS. MPH or master's in health systems management and Clinical Quality Improvement will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans and Monitors Quality Internal Audit and CA process, including: scheduling and monitoring assessment plan to ensure full coverage of sites/providers; tracking implementation of resulting action plans; ensuring all necessary QA records are maintained on site and at HO level.
∎ Works closely with PSS hub staff to build QA skills and soft skills, through regular field visits, performance management and HO trainings
∎ Responsible for tracking site-level quality improvements and ensuring adequate documentation of quality assessments and interventions, to evidence the impact of the PSS model on GoB LAPM provision over time.
∎ Ensures delivery of all necessary trainings, including: scheduling and monitoring the training plan; conducting training sessions and ToT where necessary; ensuring adequate approvals are in place with the GoB; monitoring the training budget and scheduling to ensuring cost efficiency.
∎ Ensures improvement of GoB's incident management system and advocated GoB to adopt MSI best practices on incident management. Develop the capacity of the GoB providers and the FPCST QAT monitors to practice it within GoB system.
∎ Ensuring the technical staff's skill development so that they can Coach & Mentors the GoB staff.
∎ Establish a culture that ensures compliance with internal policy and external regulatory standards and speaks out if there are any concerns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years management experience in in the field of reproductive health/ Clinic/Hospital business.
∎ Strong clinical technical skills and expertise - aware of GoB protocols.
∎ Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, self- organizing capacity. Open to ideas and contributions from others.
