Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detail estimation with material quantities from working drawing and prepare BOQ according to the construction drawings.
∎ Cooperate with colleagues to conduct market research, inquiry and complete project quotation.
∎ Participate in project bidding, cost estimation, detail cost analysis of different item of works
∎ Estimation and cost management including cost control and cost reporting
∎ Maintaining the accurate current project cost status on a weekly basis
∎ Preparation of project cash flows, staffing and progress curves
∎ Have knowledge on architectural design, architectural structure and construction;
∎ Understand the basic knowledge of the construction process, general construction methods,
∎ Engineering quality standards and safety technology;
∎ Understand common building materials, components, products and common machinery equipment;
∎ Multi-disciplinary estimation of building elements including architectural, electrical, plumbing and related building services.
Salary: Negotiable
