∎ At least B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from BUET

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site visit, consumption analysis, and design of LP Gas bulk tank system for Auto Gas, Industrial installation, and Residential projects.
∎ Conducts field inspections to evaluate employee and contractor knowledge, skills, and performance to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
∎ Implement safe and standard operations in LP Gas plants. Identify and execute corrective actions to avoid potential accidents and procedural inaccuracy in all kinds of LPG bulk tank and pipeline installations.
∎ Assist in the development of O&M and corporate standards and the subsequent related work procedures.
∎ Mentor other Service Engineers and technicians in the subject matter, commissioning work, and maintenance work of various bulk LPG reticulated system installations.
∎ Interpret local and international standard codes for field personnel, as required and effectively develop and implement in the case of Auto GAS, Industrial Bulk LP Gas, and Residential LP Gas installation work.
∎ Assist salespeople and support them in technical issues to educate customers and end users about the safe and standard use of LP Gas.
∎ Ensure all Technical Department personnel are adequately trained and competent to meet or exceed standards.
∎ Leads department resources to provide technical services that ensure the long-term competitiveness of the site.
∎ Works closely and collaboratively with the Operations, Maintenance, and Responsible Care Departments to address plant EHS and operational issues.
∎ Provide assistance for strengthening the supply chain department and creating new vendors. Minimize costing in designing, selection of vendors, standard product, and safety to optimize project cost.
∎ Monitor the Service and Installation team regarding safety compliances, monitor and guide logistics and distribution department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Omera Gas One Limited is a joint venture of Omera Petroleum Limited and Saisan Co., Limited. Omera Gas One Limited provides solutions to industrial, commercial, domestic facilities and auto gas stations migrating to LPG based system.
∎ The company is now looking for an experienced, energetic, smart, and self-motivated individual for an immediate appointment to fill the following position.
