Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's / Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Must keep the restaurant profitable from day one.
∎ Must have working experience in Thai Chinese restaurant & sound knowledge about Thai Chinese food.
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
∎ Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
∎ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
∎ Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts
∎ Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
∎ Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
∎ Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level, including delivery and toilet cleaning when and if needed
∎ Communicate well all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings
∎ Suggest employment and termination opinions to management , if needed
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.

∎ Problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
∎ Good knowledge about handling vendors
∎ Good physical condition

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
