Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, science or relevant field. In-depth knowledge of the Cement Industry.
∎ Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary raw materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. Keep the management team update on international market price of raw materials.
∎ Ensure Coordinating planning and controlling of inbound and outbound logistic;
∎ Ensure supervision of the transportation team members responsible for discharging raw materials from port and jetty;
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, and delivery times of raw materials.
∎ Coordinate team members for docking and maintenance work of ships (Lighterage), oversight of the survey, inspection and preparation of routine docking specifications;
∎ Arrange Weekly & Monthly meetings on Transport related Technical & Non- Technical Problems;
∎ Manage all aspects of fleet operations, maritime and maintaining mother vessel information and the preparation of charter party information and documentation whenever necessary.

∎ Cement Industry, PP Bags, Fleet management, Jetty Handling, Transport Management, and Ship (Lighterage) Management.
