Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MBA major in Finance/Accounting/M.Sc in Mathematics or Economics/SCM
∎ Skills Required: International Procurement, Negotiation Skills, Sourcing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Garments, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning the task schedule for Spinning mills
∎ Looking after the overall part of SCM that includes Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Logistics & inventory Management.
∎ Ensuring the process of procurement, inventory, supply, logistics and distribution.
∎ Responsible for making sure that each step of the process is being performed effectively.
∎ Constantly communicate with key personnel in procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics and distribution department of the organization to ensure that the objectives of each 'SBU-Value Chain' is achieved.
∎ Communicate with the Finance & accounts departments to ensure the easy flow of budget. and cash
∎ Ensuring the minimum stock level of materials for the smooth operations of each SBU.
∎ Achieving the optimum efficiency of stock management (a week for each step-pipeline, transit, floor, ware-house)
∎ Maintain good relationships with Suppliers and ensure that the flow of materials available at minimal cost and best quality with JIT delivery.
∎ Maintain multiple supplier contacts and update them as prompt.
∎ Examine the process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction.
∎ Vendor sourcing to fulfill spinning purchase requirements
∎ Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
∎ Market visit and new vendor development.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly budget and ensure proper execution of budget.
∎ Justify collected quotes by the team and give purchase decision accordingly.
∎ Purchase Order preparation & getting approval from authority.
∎ Ensure perfect product delivery with clean document with-in right time.
∎ Follow up goods receiving report & party payment for spinning purchase requirements.
∎ Follow up whole procurement process for spinning division at time to time and report to top management.
∎ Manage entire team as well as related development like utility, maintenance, store, production, accounts and audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in International/ local purchase & procurement at Spinning mills is mandatory.
∎ Highly analytical skills
∎ Training on ISO 14001, ISO 18001, JIT process & factory safety is highly preferable
Salary: Negotiable
