Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management / Accounts / Finance.
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Supply Chain Management / Accounts / Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all material planning and material control activities
∎ Responsible for all production planning and scheduling activities.
∎ Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over and under delivery and take any follow-up, actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production
∎ Responsible for day to day internal customer's production and supply feedback.
∎ Design KPI to control the supply chain management system which is essential for keeping business growth positive.
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
∎ Responsible for inventory accuracy and turns.
∎ Work with product development, operations, productions, marketing and sales on new product development and product enhancement programs.
∎ Find the solution to keep the product cost competitive.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Distribution, Logistic, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Supply Chain
∎ Computer literacy must. Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows OS.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English for international correspondence.
∎ Self - motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Should possess very good Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import & Export to & from Bangladesh.
∎ Good knowledge of commercial activities in export & import.
