∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the processes of planning, procurement, inventory control, customer service, warehousing and distribution.
∎ Spearhead cross departmental synergy to achieve collaboration within supply chain functions as well as with other departments such as production, sales and marketing, finance and R&D
∎ Improve the Sales and Operations procedure by developing and training team members on best practices and process improvement initiatives
∎ Lead the implementation of new warehouse setup and integrate with existing operations
∎ Set KPI objectives for all departments including inventory accuracy, cost savings, on time delivery and minimize inventory write offs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 41 years

∎ Proven record of managing change
∎ Capable decision maker as the head of department of the company
