Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA from a reputed university
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management/ MBA in Supply Chain Management will get an extra advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Order Summery and Sales Contract in coordination with order sheet, packing list & shipping line booking.
∎ Must proper knowledge of various types of LC.
∎ Prepare Export form (P-List, BL, Consumption list, export-related documents) and get attested by the bank to prepare invoice online/manually.
∎ Prepare custom docs and Communicate with C&F with all relevant documents like invoice, product list, consumption & booking copy
∎ Provides loading advice- (via of transport, which product goes through which vessel/ship information)
∎ Booking & checking all sea &/air shipments (Booking- summary) and payment from the buyer as per invoice/documents
∎ Preparing forwarder related- documentation and submitting FCR (Forwarder cargo receive) to the concern forwarder.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistics, CS as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery
∎ Ensure payment release as per buyer policy and PRC (Proceed realization certificate) provided by the bank
∎ Monthly export & import report to the Management
∎ Prepare late shipment documentation and take on time necessary action
∎ Prepare bill (export collection) and prepare forwarding bill statement for bank purpose.
∎ Resolve problems by pursuing with top management of concerned banks and buyers for any payment failure and any irregular issues.
∎ Ensure proper communications with clients, vendors, and principal recipients
∎ Oversee and work toward improvement of freight forwarders contracting and performance
∎ Ensure improvement of supplier performance
∎ Provide regular progress and status reports to the Management
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management
∎ Sound Knowledge in ERP System.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be job oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent ability in English & Bengali
∎ Computer Literacy (Average)
