Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from reputed public or private university.
∎ Having Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Any relevant certification like (CSCM) will be an added advantage.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work effectively across the organization to design and develop a supply chain strategy for successful execution of supply chain support on many integrated efforts
∎ Formulate supplier selection procedure and develops planning function for goods and materials needed for company operations.
∎ Play crucial role in organization development, strategic planning for wash chemical purchase aline with merchandising and planning department.
∎ Create integrated processes among operations, purchasing, logistics and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process.
∎ Handle key negotiations through the provision of profiling data.
∎ Responsible to make annual wash chemical budget for management.
∎ Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products particularly in wash chemical.
∎ Responsible for entire wash chemical purchase of a large washing plant.
∎ Responsible for sourcing alternative wash chemical supplier at local or foreign market.
∎ Need to have specific knowledge on all wash chemicals, common materials, equipment’s and stationery related to wash plant.
∎ Ability to monitor import data, LC opening, knowledge on Bond facilities, Customs, Vat and purchase of local and foreign.
∎ Ability to communicate with local and foreign suppliers.
∎ Supervise supply management team in the implementation and operation of associated process.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have experience in any large washing plant
∎ Applicant should have experience in washing plant chemical purchase
∎ Experience using ERP and inventory software.
∎ Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
∎ Strong negotiation and organizational skills,
∎ Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines,
∎ Should have strong interpersonal communication skills.
