Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from foreign & local sources with best quality materials at competitive price according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders) and following it up till final delivery.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of supplier.
∎ To check requisition daily and buy the products as per requisition.
∎ Identifying cost-effective and efficient suppliers.
∎ Source, quote, negotiate, purchase and execute contracts.
∎ Co-develop effective item and category promotional plans through historical and market trend analysis and review, along with forecasting.
∎ Build, manage, and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers.
∎ Research and make recommendations towards supply chain opportunities; i.e., alternate products, bundle opportunities, new suppliers, etc.
∎ Review and renegotiate existing contracts regularly.
∎ Develop and support improvements in quality, delivery, and cost initiatives.
∎ Manage and maintain vendor compliance.
∎ Analyze market trends, make recommendations towards enhancements.
∎ Communicate program changes or updates in a prompt and professional manner.
∎ Assist with the international supply chain as needed.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience in supply chain work in any export oriented organization.
∎ Must have experience in supply chain or commercial activities.
∎ Excellent verbal and sound written correspondence in English.
∎ Ability of work independently and with self responsibility.
∎ Used to work in MS-Word and Excel.
∎ Should be self-motivated, honest, sincere and hard working
