∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM) preferred.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

∎ Fluent in English & Bangla (both written and verbal).
∎ Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing.
∎ Strong knowledge of LC opening, tracking, and documentation.
∎ Expertise in cost analysis and negotiation.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (charts, reports, data analysis).
∎ Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for plastic packaging manufacturing, from sourcing to final delivery.
∎ Handle supplier selection, price negotiations, and purchase order finalization.
∎ Initiate and manage Letter of Credit (LC) processes including opening, amendments, tracking, and closure.
∎ Monitor and track international shipments; coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
∎ Oversee customs clearance and ensure timely in-house Material Receipt Report (MRR) generation.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation for procurement, import, LC, and local purchases.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and execute timely reordering of critical raw and packaging materials.
∎ Manage local procurement activities, including vendor follow-up and paperwork.
∎ Coordinate with buyers for order planning, delivery schedules, and updates.
∎ Support business development through supplier engagement and cost optimization initiatives.
