∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and procurement of Dyes chemicals (Dyeing, AOP, Wash, Screen Print), Machineries & Spare Parts and Trims raw materials.
∎ Follow up and monitoring of all import consignment consulting with supplier, CNF Agent, transport agent and inhouse the goods within timeline. (Dyes chemicals, Machineries & Spare Parts, and Trims raw materials)
∎ Yearly raw materials budget and make import schedule based on consumption.
∎ New product development, trial and collect trial report quality & costing and submit to management.
∎ Monthly production report submits to the management with raw materials cost (Dyeing, AOP, Wash & Screen Print).
∎ Globally Vendor development.
∎ Demand forecasting & strategic Planning of raw materials.
∎ Control & Utilization optimum inventory level.
∎ Quality settlement/replacement/compensation.
∎ Adopt cost saving principals.
∎ Risk factors identify & analysis.
∎ Follow-up all local LC party acceptance & bill negotiation and sales proceeds realization.
∎ Follow up to issue UD & UP according to stock of dyes chemicals & Trims raw materials
∎ Follow up Allocation balance & Materials utilization and Stock report submit to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
